Our regular service is collecting one roll-cart per residence, once a week – unless otherwise directed. Permanent, temporary or off-schedule pick-up service may be arranged by calling during regular business hours (8 am to 4:30 pm).
We have automated our collection routes to maximize efficiency. We offer a 64-gallon cart which has its own lid and wheels and must be rolled to the curb for collection by our automated truck.
La Grande residents also receive a recycling cart as part of the service. This is an every-other-week service.
Collections begin at 5:00 am, so it may be convenient for you to set your roll-cart out the evening before pick-up day.
